At its heart, The Curious Palate is a friendly neighborhood restaurant that serves Artisan foods and farm-to-table cooking to those who love fine food. The philosophy is disarmingly simple: eat well and have fun. It's a business founded on the time-honored idea that strong relationships between family and friends flourish at the dinner table with a well-prepared, creative meal. We know our food because we are our food- pickles, catsup, mustard, marinated artichokes, pickled golden beets, jams peanut butter, etc.- and shop for the ingredients at local farmers' markets.
From slow-roasted meats to organic veggie medleys to succulent birds and rustic soups, the menu at The Curious Palate transforms the best ingredients from local farms into comfort foods with a sophisticated touch. Favorites on the lunch menu include The Brooklyner – locally smoked salmon, goat cheese, roasted tomato aioli on sourdough – and The Raj – housemade apple-current chutney with Quebec 4-year sharp cheddar grilled on a panini.
In its market shoppers find hand-picked culinary items from around the world, including artisan olive oils, vinegars, pastas, grains and legumes, local ciders and chocolates.
The Curious Palate is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers Happy Hour from 4PM-7PM Monday through Friday. A full catering menu is also avaliable.
